To keep your jewellery looking its best, follow these simple care tips:

• Cleaning: Gently wash your jewellery with warm water and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and dry with care.
• Polishing: Use a jewellery cloth to lightly wipe away unwanted chemicals and any green oxidation buildup, restoring shine to your pieces.
• Storage: Store your jewellery in a pouch or jewellery box in a dry place. Avoid high-moisture areas like bathrooms to increase longevity.

Water & Chemical Exposure

Seventh St Studio jewellery is safe to wear in the shower and while swimming! However, follow these precautions:

• Rinse with fresh water immediately after contact with saltwater or chemicals like chlorine.
• Store safely after wear to prevent damage.
• Avoid applying lotions, perfumes, or other chemicals directly to your jewellery to extend its lifespan.

Handling & Wear

• Avoid contact with abrasive materials to prevent scratches.
• Natural wear, such as minor scratches or fading of the plating over time, is not covered under warranty.
• Frequent tasks or repetitive movements can cause faster wear, particularly on rings, where gold plating may fade quicker on specific spots.

Durability Expectations

• While 18k PVD gold-plated stainless steel lasts longer than cheaper alternatives, all gold metals (including 9k and 14k) can naturally oxidize over time. This may occasionally leave a green residue on the skin, which is normal and can be minimized with regular cleaning.
• Some jewellery, such as delicate chains, thin ring bands, flower pearls, or tennis bracelets, may be more fragile and are not recommended for daily or overnight wear.

Warranty & Repairs

• Damaged or broken jewellery due to wear cannot be replaced under warranty. If a piece becomes damaged or insecure, stop wearing it and contact us immediately.
• Warranty claims require clear photographs of the specific issue; without images, claims cannot be processed.
• Lost items are not covered under warranty and cannot be replaced or refunded.
• Expect your jewellery to last 6–12 months or longer, depending on wear frequency and care.

Huggie Earring Care

• The posts of huggie earrings may bend or shift due to regular wear, transport, or accidental damage. This is not considered a fault and is not covered under warranty.
• Minor adjustments can be made at home—visit our social media for tutorials on how to restore their shape.

This is a pre order, all calendars will be ready by 5th of December. This can be used as a present before Christmas or present on Christmas Day 🎄

Click & Collect is only available from our studio in Townsville.

We have a production lead time of 3-5 days. To collect something quicker than this lead time please email theseventhststudio@gmail.com.

When your order is ready you will receive an email or text message for collection, please email when suits you to collect your order on theseventhststudio@gmail.com. 

Your jewellery will be placed in a jewellery box to keep safe when being collected or delivered. 

As much as we love fancy packaging, we keep our packaging to a minimum with the environment in mind as well as for us to continue to provide thoughtfully priced high quality jewellery. Invoices are also emailed to you to avoid wasting paper.
